CT STEM Jobs needs Mentors from fields related to science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) to develop supportive one-to-one relationships with individuals aspiring for new and better careers related to STEM.
You will feel good and do good by helping an emerging professional develop to his/her potential while enhancing your leadership, coaching and communication skills, and strengthening the talent pool available to Connecticut employers.
Mentors and mentees will work together to find a schedule of face-to-face and/or virtual meetings that works for them. And CT STEM Jobs will connect each Mentor to resources that will support a positive mentoring relationship.
